1923 Brass "A Galleon in The Time of Elizabeth" Ship Inkwell

Item Details

An antique brass ship inkwell titled ‘A Galleon in the Time of Elizabeth’ made in England, circa 1923. The inkwell features a ship on water surrounded by a port. The port section has a knob connected to a chain. Once the knob is lifted the area for the inkwell is revealed. The back of the inkwell is flat and reads ‘A Galleon in the Time of Elizabeth 1558-1603 England’. The registration number ‘702168’ dates the inkwell to 1923.
