Alice Balterman Decoupage Box with Vintage Bird Images

A beautiful Alice Balterman bird themed box. This wood box is constructed with a hinged lid and has been painted in black. Item has been decoupaged with vintage bird images and nature scenes and is signed to the bottom in marker and reads ‘For Rob M., Alice Balterman.’ Alice was a Cincinnati artist known for her decoupage and collage artworks. Some of her pieces were selected for settings in the movie ‘Little Man Tate’ with Jodie Foster.
