A 1932 Authentic Style George Washington Bicentennial Costume colonial style yellow printed floral cotton dress. These dresses were issued in 1932 in celebration of Washington’s birth, meant to lighten moods during the great depression, they were worn to parties and parades. This dress features an unlined bodice with v neckline, ruffled collar, 1/4 sleeves with ruffle accents, side metal zip closure, basque waistline, and pleated full length skirt accented with ruffles and rosette ribbon and lined with a thick woven material to the bustle.

- underarm stains as well as two stains present on skirt.
