A walnut Victorian cradle-on-stand, having a stenciled label, ‘Butts Street Furniture Co., Cincinnati, Ohio’, with a carved crest and paneled foot, featuring incised carved detail and flat spindled gallery sides, mounted to a stationary stand, which allows the cradle to rock. Circa 1885. * It is suggested that this item only be used for decorative purposes, as it does not meet safety regulations.
