This image depicts two female cardinals resting on a flowering branch. Fisher is well-known for her loose, abstracted use of watercolors, as seen in this image. She masterfully allows the colors to flow together, creating seamless movement and enticing layers. This print is signed both in-plate and in pencil in the lower right corner.
