A limited edition and signed Enoch Kelly Haney (American 1940) print signed Lord of the Plains. This print depicts a Native American riding astride a white horse. Adorned with eagle feathers and buckskin, he rides through the high plains grass. Signed center right and numbered 1/45. Also includes pen and ink to the right with additional signature. Professionally mounted and housed in a wooden frame.
Enoch Kelly Haney was an Oklahoma State Representative from 1980 to 1986 and later served as principal chief of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma from 2005 to 2009. Both an artist and a politician, a bronze statue he created currently sits on top of the Oklahoma State Capitol.
