Antique Sharp Gothic Clock

Item Details

An antique mahogany veneer Sharp Gothic steeple clock. The face is white with Roman numerals and has an open center through which the works may be observed. (The chime bell has been replaced but the original one is with the clock. The inside of the glass door, which has been decorated with a linear design featuring a dragon in one corner and a pennant in another, bears a label ‘995’. The back of the case retains a label, ‘Sharp Gothic/Visible Pendulum/Manufactured By The /E.N. Welch Mfg. Co./Forestville, Conn./U.S.A.’

Condition

The clock ran and chimed when the pendulum was put into motion manually. There is no key.
