Antique Czech Style Egg Shaped Decanter Set

An antique Czech style blown glass decanter set in the shape of an egg. Item dates from late 1800s to the early 1900s. It is handmade from purple blown glass with a polished pontil to the underside. Glass egg-shaped case features a tapered foot with hand-painted gilt trim and a brass latch to the front. It splits open at the middle to reveal a tin holder, outlined with brass, complete with a clear glass decanter with stopper and six 2’ glasses. No maker’s mark or maker’s labels present.

Condition

No chips, scratches, or cracks present.
