A blue hued, aquatint etching titled Boy Feeding Pigeons by Jack Bilander Polish/American (1919 – 2008). Piece depicts a tall boy feeding birds on the cobblestone walkway with a stone walled village in the background. It is titled, signed and (assumed) dated ‘59’ by the artist in pencil to the lower margin.
