A wide ranging collection of books of American artists such as Mary Cassatt, Horace Pippin, Henry Mosler, John Twachtman, Grant Wood, Whistler, and Jackson Pollock. Well known for his black and white photographs is Ansel Adams. The book entitled Sketches and Bozzetti by American Sculptors 1800-1950is part of this collection. There is a book on the art of Walt Disney and drawings from The New York Times 1925-1957. The biography of Peggy Guggenheim is a first edition copy. The majority of the books are hardbacks with several paperbacks included.

Normal wear for age and usage: one contains the previous owner’s name and one an ex. lib. copy.
