Original Christine McGinnis "Three Owls" Etching

An original 1975 limited edition etching by 20th century Philadelphia wildlife artist Christine McGinnis, titled Three Owls. The image depicts three small owls resting side-by-side on a branch. The owls’ wide, dark eyes peer curiously beyond the viewer. This print is titled, signed, and numbered 114/300 in pencil in the lower margin. This print, which is a great example of the owl pictures McGinnis is best-known for, is matted in pale blue and presented behind glass in a speckled silver gilt frame. A wire is attached to the verso for hanging.

Condition

-paper is slightly yellowed on edges and is warped. Debris across surface of glass; could easily be cleaned. Light surface damage to frame.
