A Civil War campaign field desk. This field desk is featured in a burl walnut and has two doors that can lock with a key. The interior is comprised of four slots for storing papers and documents. The top of the interior of the cabinet includes original month, day, and number cards. The bottom of the interior cabinet features two slots that holds two empty glass inkwells. There was not a key discovered.

Shows signs of patina.
