Art Deco Chest of Drawers

Item Details

An Art Deco chest of drawers. This vintage piece is covered in decorative wood veneer with different grain patterns and boasts bakelite handles. The top part has a glass top and features two small drawers to the center with round handles and light, burled wood veneer, flanked by two side cabinets. A strip of light, striped wood separates the top and lower portions, with the lower portion having three full-width drawers with diagonal wood veneer and a central burl veneer. The bottom drawer has been modified and rebuilt to include a hinged compartment.

Condition

Scratches throughout the piece. White marks on the front of the top drawer. Slightly wobbly. The bottom drawer has been modified and rebuilt to include a hinged compartment.
