An 1880 illustrated edition of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women printed by the University Press in Cambridge, MA. This copy includes over 200 illustrations by Frank T. Merrill and George T. Andrew. The book’s title page features an exquisitely engraved set of portraits of the main characters, along with one of the author as the frontispiece.

Condition

Small scuffs and marks to the cover. Tape repair to one of the first pages. Foxing on some pages particularly those near vellum.
