A framed Louisiana World Exposition poster. This offset lithograph poster depicts a robed woman with the earth in her hands. She is backed by a starry, moon lit night and surrounded by cattail greenery. The earth she holds has water flowing upon it into a pool. The poster is signed to the lower right corner ‘Hugh Ricks’. New Orleans 1984 is across the bottom portion of the poster. Hardware for hanging is present verso to the gold tone metal frame.
