An early 1900’s Mehlin & Sons, New York Inverted Baby Grand Piano. The piano has a patent number, 23324 and the wood case is painted an antiqued blue. The keys are ivory and it does have caster feet. Please note: it is located in the lower level of the home and it is near the walkout doors, The grounds outside are unpaved, see photo. Please consult and use a professional piano mover to move this instrument from the home.

to fair, all keys work, likely in need of tuning.
