Cornish Company Antique Pump Organ with Chair

A beautiful Cornish Company of Washington, New Jersey pump style parlor organ. This organ is circa 1904 and the style is style number 55, or ‘Crystal Chimes’. This model was typically made in walnut or oak and this model is walnut. There are five circular designs engraved in the pediment, and these are indicative of the five octaves of the organ, which is still in working order. The company was in business from 1879 until 1922 when a fire claimed the factory. They never rebuilt. Although one of the pedals is detached, the organ still plays. The chair is in the same walnut to match the case of the organ and it is resembles a swiveling stool with a back.
Condition
One pedal needs repair.
