Vintage Newcomb EDT-12C Phonograph Record Player

Item Details

A vintage Newcomb EDT-12C portable phonograph. This record player has four speeds – 16, 33, 45, and 78 rpm. The speaker is built-in, and the center holder for 45’s is also permanently attached. This sturdy piece of audio equipment was designed for use in schools, and is simple to use, with a detachable lid that has operating instructions on the inside and a faux wood-grain case. A metal tag for the Projection Equipment Co. of Union City, IND. is affixed to top playing surface.

Condition

Item shows expected signs of wear consistent with age and use. Tested working on a 45 rpm record.
