Item Details

A vintage original cartoon print of well known and listed German cartoonist Gerard Hoffnung (1925 – 1955) titled, The Trout Quintet, circa 1950. The black and white image depicts a quintet of musicians fishing in a piano while playing their instruments. Double matted in white and a pop of turquoise behind glass and presented in a simple wood frame with a black finish. A Brownings of Wyoming gallery sticker and hanging hardware are attached to the verso.

Condition

Minor damage to finish of frame along edges and corners.
