A Colt Fourth Model Lady Derringer cased set with consecutive numbers. Serial #‘s 93323DER and 9334DER. The Lady Derringer set is one of the rarest in the derringers. These are .22 caliber short with gold wash frames and mother of pearl grips. The top of the barrel is stamped ’COLT’. Side of the barrel is stamped ’ 22 Cal SHORT Colts’s P.F.A. MFG. CO. INC. HTFD, CT. USA’. Also included is the original Lady Derringer case. The top of the leatherette hinged case has the Lady’s photo and metal gold embossed frame. Inside the lid is a brass plated round frame with a horse silhouette. The case is lined in beige velvet and is padded to fit the derringers perfectly. Untested.

Condition

One derringer is perfect as it has never been out of the case. The other has wear on the gold wash as it was carried. The top of the case box has scratches and some gold embossing is worn as well. Untested.
