Vintage 1950's Mouton Lamb Fur Coat

Item Details

A vintage women’s mouton lamb fur coat from Shillito’s Department Store, circa 1950s. This coat is car-length with rich brown dyed and sheared fur, and a rounded collar just above two hook-and-eye closures. The sleeves are cuffed and there are two slash pockets. The interior label appears original but has been resewn inside the collar.

Condition

Condition is fair to good. A small tear to upper chest under left-side collar. Wear to wrists of cuffed sleeves. Ring of one hook-and-eye closure is missing. Other conditional issues normal for age. Cleaning recommended.
