A beautiful aquatint etching titled Dusk by listed Japanese artist Ryohei Tanaka (b. 1933). The print is made in a combination etching and aquatint technique. It depicts the peak of a thatched roof with an amazing portrayal of texture. The print is numbered (104/120), signed, and dated 1983 in pencil. The print is professionally matted and framed in gold toned wood. It was purchased at the Tolman Collection in Tokyo, Japan and the original receipt is included.
Condition
Some small scratches on the frame.
