An assortment of antique schoolbooks. Included is a 1903 hardcover copy of The Heath Readers, Fourth Reader published by D.C. Heath and Company, as well as a 1913 copy of the Hiawatha Reader, which contains a copy of Longfellow’s The Song of Hiawatha edited by Robert George. Book has a hardcover and was published in Cleveland by Lakeside Book Company. Also included is a 1907 hardcover copy of Brook’s Reader: Second Year by Stratton D. Brooks published by the American Book Company, an 1883 hardcover copy of White’s New Complete Arithmetic by E.E. White published by Van Antwerp Bragg, and a 1911 hardcover copy of The Howe Readers: A Fifth Reader by Will D. Howe, Myron T. Pritchard, and Elizabeth V. Brown. Book was published in New York by Charles Scribner and Sons.
Condition
Some of the books show signs of heavy wear with damage to the spine. Foxing present.
