George Clinton (1739-1812) was an American Soldier and Statesman and was considered one of the founding fathers of the United States. He was the governor of New York from 1777-1795 and again from 1801-1804. He also served as vice president from 1805-1812 under Jefferson and then Madison (Wikipedia). Diameter: Approximately 1 1/4’.
