A grouping of twelve china serving pieces in the Spode red Aster pattern. This vintage pattern features a scalloped gadroon edge with large flowers in hues of red, purple, gold and green. The pieces include one 13’ oval serving platter, two 8’ square plates, two 9’ square serving bowls, two 9.75’ oval serving bowls, one 10’ oval serving bowl, three round salt cellars, and a 9.75’ square serving plate with handles. These pieces are marked to the underside. This pattern is discontinued, manufactured 1926-1985.
Condition
- one of the 9" square serving bowls has noticeable staining.
