Early 20th Century Oak Buffet with Mirrored Hutch

An early 20th century red oak buffet with quarter sawn oak elements. Constructed in three pieces, this cabinet features a carved pediment with acanthus leaf details and a top shelf with beveled glass mirror below. Shaped mirror is flanked by open, scrolling side beams and two small shelves. Three rounded front drawers with dovetail construction feature half shell end caps and brass bail handles as well as locks (no key). Two are half drawers, while the lower is full length. Two doors in the center feature applied scrolling foliate decorations. Finished with reverse scroll feet in the front and sitting on casters.
