1950 Rookwood Pottery Cardinal

A 1950 Rookwood Pottery cardinal figurine in high luster wine madder glaze. Cardinal is in a standing position, perched on a branch with foliate relief work to base. Marked to bottom with traditional Rookwood flame mark, the year of production ‘L’ in Roman numerals and mold ‘6786’. For a companion piece, see item: 15CIN293-201.

Condition

- There is over all crazing to glaze. A bumped area to glaze at base. Glaze has been ground on bottom of base.
