Shopsmith Mark V Workshop System with Attachments

Item Details

A Shopsmith Mark V workshop system with attachments and original manual. Included is a strip sander, a jointer, a scroll saw (model 555540, serial number 050891), and a wooden shelf with places to hold a variety of different Shopsmith tools. Shelf attaches to the side of the Shopsmith. The 20’ scroll saw is capable of cutting veneers, inlays, and fretwork (model 555220, serial number 120892). The 4’ jointer attachment creates beveled and chamfered edges, 90 degree rabbets or tongues, and octagonal posts (model 555483, serial number 050393). A Shopsmith strip sander attachment is also included. The sander has an 11×11′ tilting table that can tilt forward to 45 degrees, an exposed upper tracking wheel, and interchangeable flat and curved platens. The sander can take a .5’ or 1’ belt (model 555309). Powered on but otherwise untested.

Condition

Items show signs of wear from use. The strip sander shows signs of heavy wear and has a gash in the acrylic case along one side. Shelf is slightly loose and may need to be reattached with bolts.
