A collection of limited edition firefighter commerative art pieces from the series entitled, ‘Heroes at Hand’, issued in 2008 by The Bradford Exchange. Each of the pieces is shaped like a fireman’s ax and is designed by Glen Green. The highly decorated pieces depict scenes of firefighters in action, performing rescues and bravely combating flames with an amazing level of attention to detail. This collection includes, ‘Battling the Blaze’ no. A0190, ‘Arms of Safety’, no. A1419, ‘Call to Action’ no. A0554, ‘Delivered from Danger’ no. A0065, and ‘Courage in a Crisis’ no. A0382. All pieces come with hooks on the back and are ready for hanging.
