A Weider Pro 4100 Home Gym, hand weights, & stability balls. The Weider Pro 4100 utilizes a cable system with weights that are easily adjustable.This home gym will give you a total body work out. It features butterfly arms and press arms for developing toned arms, a well-defined chest and strong shoulders. You can use the military press to sculpt your shoulders and upper arms. The back rest adds to user comfort and gives much-needed support. The lower body workout includes a leg press plate for exercising your quads, as well as a leg lever for the hamstrings. The ab pulley station will help you develop your six pack. Features upper and lower pulleys, and lat bar. Two stability balls and a box of various weight hand weights are included in this offering. All parts appeared to move freely when tested.
