A Beatty Bros. Limited Fergus Canada pine wash stand. This stand was manufactured during the 1920s-30s by Beatty Bros. Fergus Canada Pat. 1923. The stand was used to hold buckets of water and tubs for washing clothes. On one side, ‘Beatty Bros. Limited Fergus Canada’ is printed in black. The top is open with narrow slats set on round spindles; it is supported by collapsible square legs connected by round stretchers on casters.

Condition

The table is stained with paint, has scratches and one hinge is bent but still functions smoothly.
