Vintage Temple Rubbings from Japan

A pair of vintage temple rubbings from Okinawa, Japan. These pieces are embossed and presented on rice paper; they were purchased in the 1970s and later framed in a black bamboo style. They are matted in black and gold, and under glass.

Condition

Minor scratches on frames.
