1847 Rogers Bros "Charter Oak" Silver Plate Flatware Set
Item Details
An 1847 Rogers Bros A1 silver plate flatware set in the Charter Oak pattern. The set are comprised of oak leaves and acorns along the handles with scrolled detail trim. The finial’s are monogrammed and are marked to verso. The set includes twelve dinner forks, twelve tablespoons, twelve teaspoons, twelve dinner forks and a small serving ladle. Also included are an 1847 Rogers Bros repoussé berry spoon in the Avon pattern, an 1847 Rogers Bros serving spoon in the Vintage pattern, an 1847 Rogers Bros serving fork and a Joseph E. Smith serving fork. The set are stored in a Naken’s silver chest with a wood exterior and burgundy tarnish proof lined interior.
