A delightful Wishes-Come-True Goebel Berta Hummel figurine #BH17. This 1996 porcelain Berta Hummel depicts a little girl getting help blowing out a candle on her birthday cake. Berta was Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel’s name before entering the convent. Berta Hummels are authentic, but not literal interpretations of M.I. Hummel’s work. They are still sculpted by Goebel artisans and approved by the Convent of Siessen. Reverse side of base is marked in green with name and Goebel trademark. Made in Thailand.
