A signed giclee print of a painting by American painter Frank Tarpley depicting a lighthouse with a view of the sea in the distance. The print is signed in plate, and also in ink to the lower left-hand corner. It is presented behind blue mat, under glass, in a wooden frame. Frank Tarpley received his Bachelors of Fine Arts at the University of Georgia and continued working as a commercial artist for over thirty-seven years. Additional artist information is attached to the verso.
