American Flyer "All Aboard" Train Set + Two Extra Panel Sets

A Gilbert American Flyer All Aboard train set number 20812 with original box plus two additional boxes of track panels. Offered here is all landscaped and wired track panels, one locomotive engine #21107 with coal tender, one transformer, four plastic houses, all landscape accessories plus manual. Also included is one box of three scenic right-switch panels and one box of three scenic straight track panels. All panels are interchangeable.
Condition
Unable to test train for operation. Marks and wear consistent with age and play. Included in set is an invoice from the Dixie Union Station store in Mason, Ohio and handwritten note that was wrapped around the train engine and coal tender reads as follows: “Diecast chassis is falling apart. Epoxy parts together may not last. No guarantee. New chassis $50.00 – not worth repairs. Replace chassis $40.00 + $15.00 labor total $55.00”.
