A Holland’s Jewelry of San Angelo, Texas spur tie chain in sterling silver. Hollands Jewelry developed these tie chains in the early 1930s to show that a man was ‘won his spurs.’ The first chain was presented to President Franklin Rosevelt in 1933. This piece has the initials ‘FOP.’ The spur is marked ‘Holland.’
