A limited edition photo offset lithograph titled Farewell by Native American artist Johnny Tiger Jr. (b. 1940). Tiger was a fullblood Creek-Seminole in Oklahoma and brother of the highly praised artist Jerome Tiger. In his early career, Tiger was a self taught painter, but later received a formal fine art education at Bacone College under the Cheyenne master Walter Richard West Sr. Farewell features a sole male Native American on horseback riding through a vast landscape, lit by the moonlight. Titled, signed and originally dated 1973 to print. This is pencil numbered to the lower right corner 215/3000. The print is single matted in cranberry and set in a moulded wood and glass plated frame.
