An offset lithograph of a Paul Sawyier painting titled The Fuller Riffle, circa 1900-1910. An American impressionist, Sawyier (1865-1917) is known for his watercolor depictions of beloved Kentucky landmarks.The subject of this print is a section of the Elkhorn Creek called Fuller’s Riffle, frequented by Sawyier while living in Kentucky. The piece is painted primarily in autumnal tones. The print is matted in dark gray, and set in a wooden frame under glass, with a sawtooth hanger on the back. A history of the print and of Paul Sawyier is included on the back.

Condition

There are a few scratches on the frame.
