Item Details
An antique school master’s slant front desk, circa late eighteenth or early nineteenth century, is crafted with distressed pine. The hand cut dovetail constructed center drawer with a turned wood knob has a lift up stay which supports the slant front when it is in the down position. The center interior well is deep and is perfect for storing additional paper and supplies. Hand turned legs end in ball and turnip feet. Nice amber patina with age and the back of the desk also has a nice amber patina and distressed aesthetic. Located on lower level with walkout to the outside.
