Framed Print of "Color Line" by Morris Louis
Item Details
A framed print of the oil on canvas painting titled Color Line by Morris Louis (1912-1962). The painting features upside down paint drips of blue, orange, gold and yellow-green. It is presented behind glass in a thin gold frame without matting; ready to hang. The original oil on canvas was painted in 1961 and dedicated to The Joseph H. Hirshhorn Foundation. Since 1966, the piece has been part of the collection of The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Smithsonian Institute, Washington, D.C.

- crack to glass, slight discoloration.
