A lithograph titled The Green Violinist after Marc Chagall (Russian-French 1887 – 1985). The original oil on canvas was painted in 1923-24, and now resides in the Guggenheim Museum. Considered a European Modernist and pioneer, Chagall has worked in almost every medium and has been associated with seven different styles. This particular art is frequently referred to as the Fiddler on the Roof. Printed on acid-free paper and mounted on a red mat under glass, art is framed with a silver tone slim profile frame.
