A lovely fifty-piece vintage dinnerware lot in the brown transferware pattern of Old English Countryside by Johnson Bros. of England. Highlighted with washes of color in blue, green, yellow, and pink, the set depicts a Tudor style village scene across the eight round dinner plates, eight square lunch plates, eight round side plates, eight berry bowls, eight cup and saucers, a small oval vegetable bowl and a small meat platter. All are hallmarked appropriately to the base in brown ink.
