A casual sectional sofa by Rowe Furniture, upholstered in a durable solid navy blue fabric. The sofa has a squared back and arms with a tight back and loose cushions at the seat and comprises two sections, a love seat with an open right side, which abuts with a chaise lounge. The sofa has a dark wood frame at the bottom and square wood feet, four decorative throw pillows (two which are feather filled) are included. Rowe furniture is known for its heavy gauge steel springs, kiln dried hardwood frames and eco-friendly cushions that are fiber wrapped to maintain their shape.

Condition
The sofa is in very good condition, it has been used in a professionally designed MI model home and shows little to no wear.

The 61" measurement refers to the depth of the chaise lounge. The sofa seating is 35" deep.
