A collection of two antique hand tinted lithograph prints by renowned ornithologists, taxidermist, and artist John Gould (1804 – 1881). Great Strike, a depiction of a shrike perched on a branch, with a dragonfly under its clutches. Little Auk depicts two auks perched on the edge of a rocky shore. Both works are presented behind offwhite mat, under glass, in beveled wood frames with a green painted finish.
