A print of Tony Oswald’s First Saturday in May. Features a signed print of the Kentucky Derby with artist’s signature to bottom right. Various jockey signatures also to print. Oswald is a native of Louisville, Kentucky who specializes in remarkable drawings of equine scenes. Additionally, Oswald draws scenes from the Louisville area such as historic landmarks. He gained recognition in 1973 for his paintings of stills at the Kentucky Derby as they were used in CBS Broadcasting. He is a current member of the Kentucky Guild and the Lexington Art League. Oswald can be spotted around Kentucky with his wife Doris.
