An original painting created with watercolor and conte pencil, signed by artist William Foge (a.k.a. Bill Foge) and titled Red Armed Panther, a Cheyenne. The painting depicts a Northern Cheyenne Scout, known as Red Armed Panther, or Red Sleeve. A well executed piece with dense coloration and precise facial details. Presented behind glass and canvas surround accented with ochre colored trim and in deep wood frame. Dated 1975.
