Rembrandt Etching "Nude Man Standing and Another Seated"

An authentic etching by Rembrandt van Rijn (1606-1669) entitled Nude Man Standing and Another Seated, with Mother and Baby. The print depicts two men in loincloths and in the background a seated woman with an infant in an early walker. Print has been trimmed close to plate mark. The ink rides above the paper but in an impression that is thought to suggest the second state at the end of Rembrandt’s career, but a later impression, on laid paper. Piece is matted with acid-free matting and mounted in wooden frame. Update: authentic and as stated, has been removed from frame and un-matted for photography and verification.
Rembrandt Harmensz van Rijn was a Dutch painter and etcher. He is generally considered one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art history and the most important in Dutch history.
