Antique Marshall Field & Co. Flat Top Trunk

Item Details

An antique flat top steamer trunk marked ‘The Field Trunk’ by Marshall Field & Company, Chicago. This large black truck is edged in brown leather and brass hardware, including corner guards and edge clamps. The trunk has two locations for straps to wrap trunk, along with end handles. A brass plaque indicates this trunk is called ‘The Field Trunk’ by Marshall Field & Co., and includes a white interior. KHH initials are located on the side of the trunk.

Condition

Broken leather handle and strap. Inside hinge is broken. Travel stickers included.
