Antique Southern Walnut Sugar Chest

Item Details

An antique Southern walnut sugar chest with a hinged top and escutcheon to the center front. The top is hinged and opens to reveal two partitions creating four storage areas; partitions appear to be original. The chest stands on ring-turned legs and tapered feet. The top is attached with modern hinges. Key is not included.

Condition

New hinges. No key for lock.
